Ginormous Giveaway!




To celebrate my baby's first six months (look she's crawling already!), reaching 150 followers (the 150th being Dat Basstard, I believe), and because I love to party, I am hosting not one, but two contests!


THE FIRST CONTEST


will have 3 winners. The first winner will get to pick 3 books from the below list; the second winner will get to pick 2 books; and the third winner will receive the remaining book.

    I'd love to say that I've tattoed your name on my forehead, but I'd be lying and I try not to lie unless it's absolutely necessary. LOL.

    My favourite painting is actually one I bought from the artist in Thailand. It is the Thai buddha on 2 clay tiles in lots of golds and bronzes. It's beautiful and looks fabulous in my living room!

    Thanks for the contest-- I'm really interested in this one. I haven't read a bad review yet! I'm not an art connoisseur, but I do have some favorites. I think my current favorite is The Andes of Ecuador by Frederic Edwin Church. Here's a link to a photo:

    Sorry, can't tattoo Misfit Salon on my forehead - I could draw it on my forehead for a day, but my family might commit me. :( besides, if anyone actually tattooed this, they should win everything. :)

    I've been wanting to read Ash forever! well, ever since I first heard of it any way. I love the title of "There Once Lived a Woman Who Tried to Kill her Neighbor's Baby" - great title. I know that David Sedaris is funny on TV interview, but I haven't read any of his books. "Eyeball Collector" = creepy. Dead Until Dark was pretty good.
