I am temporarily not accepting any review requests at this time.
I review fiction in all genres but gravitate towards the following:
Literary
Thriller/suspense/mystery
Historical
Young adult
Middle Grade
Women's fiction
Fantasy
I also review nonfiction depending upon the subject matter. My preferences are quirky nonfiction such as Stiff and Bonk by Mary Roach, food-related nonfiction such as The Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael Pollan, narrative nonfiction such as Into Thin Air by Jon Krakauer, and true crime such as The Devil and the White City by Erik Larson.
Currently, I am able to post a review approximately one month after receipt of a copy. Otherwise, I will post a review on the day of, or as close to, a book's publication date.
I am only accepting paper copies for review at this time.
I do not review or promote non-book related items.
I also post reviews on Amazon and Goodreads.
Publishers, please note that due to time constraints, I cannot guarantee a review of any unsolicited review copies sent to me.
